Shipment Processing time

We ship as soon as the order is processed. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases if there will be a significant delay, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, unless otherwise specified as "free shipping" upon check out.

Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post time frames and zones

AUS - standard 3-7 business days

AUS - express 2-3 business days

New Zealand - standard 5-10 business days

Note: New Zealand Customs may still apply import duties or fees to orders over NZD $1,000, based on current import laws. These charges are not issued by Barkn Fun and are the responsibility of the customer.

All other international - standard 7-21 business days

All international orders may be subject to customs inspections, import taxes, tariffs, or other fees specific to your country. These charges are based on your local customs laws and the value of your order. Barkn Fun does not collect or control these fees and is unable to pre-pay or waive them on your behalf. We recommend contacting your local customs office to understand what may apply before placing your order.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

A tracking number will be added to your order details as soon as they are available. You will be notified of order tracking details via email.
